The Branford Oasis Church was founded November 27, 1988 (36 years ago) as Victory Bible Church, Inc, under the leadership of Rev. Phillip Richards, with 17 in attendance to form the church body. We met in the homes of several of the members and were able to rent the Episcopal Church in Mayo; continuing to meet there until August of 1995, when we moved to the current location of 11779 East US Hwy 27. The name of the church was changed to Branford Oasis Church, Inc. in 2013, under the leadership of Pastor Mary Starling.
Our Sunday service provides an opportunity to collect together with men and women who yearn to know God more intimately, to love Him more fully and to experience His life more completely. They are people who yearn to join others in the journey of life, building real community through caring and meaningful lifetime friendships. The atmosphere and dress is casual, the worship is inspiring and the teaching from God’s word is fresh and encouraging.
